After a warm footbath with Timodore Oxysalts, insert the heel shock absorber in the shoe with the central concave section facing down. Remove the product for at least 4 hours a day. The product is reusable, and, thanks to its elasticity, returns to its original form after use. Gently hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Rinse and allow to air dry. When the product is perfectly dry, sprinkle with some talcum powder.
